Terms of Service 

Our students are at the heart of everything we do, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience in training and education and be as flexible and accommodating as possible. As our courses require a lot of planning and attention, our terms and conditions are in place to ensure that all of our students have a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

Booking Procedures 

We reserve the right to refuse or decline administration to any or all of our training courses.

Whilst The Bellissima academy has a 97% success pass rate, if on a rare occasion you do not pass the CPD accreditation process, you will need to attend further training. This will be at the discretion of The Bellissima academy and of no additional charge to you. 

The Bellissima academy reserves the right to cancel or change the scheduled training courses with reference to dates, locations and course content.

Our main training centre address is Unit 2I, 75 Millmarsh Lane, EN3 7XJ

Courses can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date.

If you fail to attend your scheduled course date without any communication to let us know why you are not coming you will forfeit your place on the course and no refund will be permitted. 

Irrespective of circumstances, The Bellissima Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses or other costs incurred by you.

The Bellissima Academy reserves the right at all times to change any named tutor.

Our prices may vary depending on seasonal offers & discounts, should you book one of our courses before a discount has been set in place it is at our discretion if we choose to offer you that discount 
We reserve the right the cancel or change our training dates 
You will only have access to online pre study and lash kits once the full balance is paid.

All pre-study given to you upon balance payment must be completed & submitted in accordance with the outlined program for the selected course. If you have not submitted your pre-study at least 2 days prior to the course date you will not be able to attend the training and you will have to pay the deposit again.

Please allow up to 2 days to receive your online training details. 



Payments- Combined Online & In Person Training

You may pay for your courses using the following methods: Bank Transfer, Payl8r Finance, Online payment links, Cards/we accept most debit & credit cards.

A deposit payment of £59 must be paid to secure your place on your chosen course/program. A confirmation of your booking will then be emailed to you. Only when this is received is your place secured. 

Full & final payment must be paid 4 weeks prior to your scheduled course date. This allows enough time to complete our 4 week coaching program from home prior to your practical day with us. 
Failure to do so may result in your scheduled date being transferred to an alternative date and time at the discretion of The Bellissima Academy. 

Payment of deposit of full payment for a course from us confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions. 



Course Cancellations, Refunds & Postponements

Combined Online & In Person Training 

Once you have completed your enrolment for one or more of our courses and made either a full payment, payment in instalments or a deposit payment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

You have a right to cancel your booking at any time under the following terms and conditions.

For any course cancelled after enrolment- An admin fee of 30% of the course balance price that you enrolled on will apply (this will not be refunded), any remaining monies paid by you will be refunded (this can take up to 30 days to be processed) 

You will need to request the course cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled course date, this can be done via email or text message.

You will not be eligible for any refund if you do not give at least 14 days notice of cancellation. 

Your right to cancel does not apply if you have created your login details to our members area portal for online pre study before receiving your cancellation request to us. 

The Bellissima Academy reserves the right to cancel any of our courses if the number of delegates has not reached the minimum number of students to run the course effectively. The Bellissima academy also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, The Bellissima Academy will arrange for an alternative course date.

If you need to postpone your scheduled course date, you will need to make a request 14 working days before the course starting date at no additional cost. If you are unable to make a request for the postpone of the course less than 14 working days before the course starting date, there may be an additional cost incurred. 

If you fail to attend your original training dates for any reason, and your selected course later be amended in content, no refund or difference in course fees will be offered. 

If you fail to book, attend or reschedule training within 6 months of enrolling upon your chosen course, (taken from the date of making the first payment) will forfeit any course fees paid.

If you have created your login details for pre-study or attended 30 Day Lash Boss™ in person training no refunds are permitted. 

Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund or cancellation of any payment / instalment plans including 3rd party finance agreements (e.g PayL8r or Klarna etc).
 
If a 3rd party finance company (e.g PayL8r or Klarna etc) have accepted your application for finance and have paid for your access to any program on your behalf then any agreement with them stands to be paid in full unless one has not created a members account and accessed the online portal and the lash kit proof of delivery shows as undelivered.

Online Program

Once you have completed your enrolment for one or more of our courses and made either a full payment, payment in instalments or a deposit payment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Under this refund policy and under guidance of the consumer contracts regulation 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase was concluded. Please note that your right to cancel does not apply if you have created your login details to our members area portal for online pre study before receiving your cancellation request.

If you choose to cancel within the 14 day period, you will receive a refund of the course price you enrolled on less 30% admin fee within 30 days if you are eligible for a refund.

If we posted your lash kit to you, you will have to post this back to us with the shipping costs covered by yourself before any refunds are processed.

Access To 30 Day Lash Boss™ Members area & Case Studies

In-person students will be given access to our online learning portal for 30 days after their scheduled assessment date. 

You have up to 30 days after your in-person day to submit any case studies for feedback. 

Any in-person training must be completed within 6 months of your original booking reservation.

You will be given 3 months access to our online learning portal. This means you will have up to 3 months to complete your chosen program. If for whatever reason you need longer than 3 months to complete your program we can extend the access for you at our discretion. All extensions should be requested via email to info@thebellissimaacademy.com


Payments

A non-refundable deposit payment of £59 must be paid to secure your place on your chosen course/program. A confirmation of your booking will then be emailed to you. Only when this is received is your place secured.

All deposits are non refundable.

Full & final payment must be paid 4 weeks prior to your scheduled course date. This allows enough time to complete our 4 week coaching program from home prior to your assessment day with us. 

Failure to do so may result in your scheduled date being transferred to an alternative date and time at the discretion of The Bellissima Academy. 

Payment of deposit or full payment for a course from us confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions. 


Transferring To 30 Day Lash Boss™ Online Program from 30 Day Lash Boss™In Person Program

If you have enrolled onto our 30 Day Lash Boss™ In Person Training but then decide you want to change to our 30 Day Lash Boss™ Online Program, no refund or difference in course fees will be offered as per our agreement.


Change of Date & time

All requests to change or amend your scheduled class booking date or time must be emailed to info@thebellissimaacademy.com. 

All successful requests to change a course date or time of a course booking will be limited to a maximum of 2 occasions.

The Bellissima academy can not guarantee you a place on an alternative course date or time but will endeavour to find an alternative.


Models

We are under no obligation to provide you with a model for your training. You will need to arrange your own model for the day if you are coming in for our in person training. Models are not required to have a patch test however if you require one for your model you would have had the opportunity to have pre study to know how to perform a patch test using our products that will be sent out to you. 
Models should arrive with no eye makeup on, this includes: Strip lashes, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, concealer or any other eye makeup.

Make sure your model has fairly straight natural lashes. If your model arrives with curly lashes you may not be able to complete your assessment due to curly lashes being extremely hard to apply lash extensions onto and takes a lot of practice. 

Models are to arrive on time, we do not have anywhere for your models to wait so they need to be at our premises exactly at the time required. 


Certification

Certificates are only issued if you have met all the requirements necessary to gain accreditation. 
If you take our in person training and we pass you on the day after having produced a full set of eyelashes on your model to our high standard of training you will be awarded your hard copy certificate on the day.

 If you took our in person training and weren't able to bring a model on the day you will be asked to submit at least 1 case study on a real person to gain accreditation if successfully completed all training. 

For online learning, we require you to complete at least 3 case studies in total at our high standard of training in order to be awarded your certificate. Once you have passed an electronic certificate will be emailed to you.

 If you require a hard copy certificate this will be at a cost to you of £15 +P&P


Lash Kits 

We include a free lash kit from Lashbees.co.uk with every 30 Day Lash Boss™ program (excluding lash lift & tint)

Contents listed are typical but they can vary depending on what is in stock.

Should you wish to order additional lash supplies this will be offered to you when enrolling on your chosen course.

We aim to ship Student kits next day delivery (working days) although in some circumstances this can be the day after.  


Data

In confirming a training course with The Bellissima Academy you agree to us using the data you submit in order to process your order.

Any subsequent use of your data will be agreed by us via another agreement.


Complaints 

Any and all complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

All complaints must be emailed to info@thebellissimaacademy.com

You will receive a response within 5 working days. 



Minimum Student Age

In-person courses: You must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend

Online Only courses are open to students of any age as you will not be required to attend our premises.



Code of Conduct Whilst On The Bellissima Academy Premises 

We want all our students to have the best possible opportunity to learn in a safe & relaxed environment. We ask that our following code of conduct is adhered to at all times.

Punctuality is essential. Please arrive at the stated start time on your booking confirmation. If you are going to be late please text or call us using the number in your confirmation email. If you are more than 30 minutes late you may have to reschedule your course date to an alternative date and the deposit will need to be paid again. 

Students are required to wear all black, smart but comfortable clothing. 
 
All students are required to fully participate in all practical activities. 

Products/tools/equipment provided by The Bellissima Academy must remain at The Bellissima Academy at all times. Any student caught taking any of The Bellissima Academy’s products/tools/equipment will be treated as theft and will be at The Bellissima Academy’s discretion on how the issue is resolved. 

If any damage to student kits is caused by a student, students will be held responsible for the cost of such loss/damage. 

No smoking is prohibited inside the training venue. You will be able to go outside on your break if you wish to smoke. 

You must always be respectful and courteous to other students and tutors. 

We do not accept any foul language or disruptive behaviour, if this occurs you will be removed from the course immediately without a refund.

Individual Needs

If you feel you need additional support with particular learning needs eg: Hearing impairment, literacy skills or physical disabilities please contact us via email info@thebellissimaacademy.com as soon as possible so we can contact you to discuss your requirements. 


Refreshments

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all students are politely asked to provide their own food and drinks for the duration of their time at The Bellissima Academy, this is in line with virus prevention advice.


COVID-19 Illness & Related Cancellations 

If you are ill on arrival, your tutor has the right to not allow you onto the class. If you do not turn up on the day or cancel outside of the 14 days cancellation period required and your illness is COVID-19 related you will be required to show us evidence ( proof of positive COVID-19 test result) to be considered for another training date.

This is because if a student is ill for any other reason, then we are legally not obliged to re book them, also if you cancel your scheduled training date without giving enough notice and wish to attend again, students are required to book and pay in full again. 

Once your COVID-19 test has been checked and approved by us, you will be required to only pay the deposit again to re-book your training date.
